I provide clear and open information about all our service fees.
It is important that these assessments are accessible both in price and in process. Clients can pick and choose which parts of the assessment they would like to include.
Just as every person is unique, their assessment processes should be too.
Adult Diagnostic Assessment

1 / Clinical Intake Session and Clinical Assessment
Clinical intake session - 1.5 hours | Clinical assessment session - 1.5 - 3.5 hours.
These two sessions can be booked on the same or separate days, though most clients prefer to complete everything in one day for momentum and ease.
$1350 - $2150
This fee covers the psychometric questionnaires and a detailed diagnostic letter that brings together your results and clearly outlines any diagnoses.
2 / Questionnaires and Screeners
After your assessment and once your invoice is finalised and paid, I’ll send through your personalised set of questionnaires. These will include forms for you, a chosen informant, and an optional parent/caregiver form (optional).
📝 You can complete these in your own time and at your own pace, but the sooner they’re done, the sooner I can finalise your diagnostic letter or report.
This next step helps bring together all the threads of our assessment, adding rich data to support and deepen your overall profile.
3 / Clinical Report (Optional)
Completed report emailed 4 weeks from the time all assessment questionnaires have been completed by the client | $780 - $1300.
Reports can be tailored to meet a range of goals, from NDIS and DSP applications to workplace, educational, or health advocacy, or to support deeper self-understanding.

Many clients begin with the diagnostic letter, while others opt for a full report depending on their goals. The “With Letter” option provides a concise summary outlining the reason for referral, questionnaire data, confirmed diagnoses, and general recommendations. Please note this letter does not include an interpretation or detailed explanation of how diagnostic criteria are met; it’s designed for clarity and confirmation rather than in-depth clinical insight.
Merging Sessions
Kindly note: ANYONE over 18+ can access Merging sessions who are self-diagnosed or formally diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD.

Funding
Medicare rebates are available for people under 25 years of age (autism assessments only).
To access a Medicare rebate, a referral from a psychiatrist is required and the referral should be attached to the intake paperwork when submitted.
Private health funds may cover a portion of the assessment fee.
If you have private health cover please verify with your provider to determine the extent of coverage provided.
