I provide clear and open information about all our service fees.

It is important that these assessments are accessible both in price and in process. Clients can pick and choose which parts of the assessment they would like to include.
Just as every person is unique, their assessment processes should be too.
Adult Diagnostic Assessment

1 / Clinical Intake Session and Clinical Assessment
Clinical intake session - 1.5 hours | Clinical assessment session - 1.5 - 2 hours. ​

These two sessions can be completed on the same or different days - most choose the same day.

A detailed diagnostic letter (10 - 15 pages) is included in this pricing.

2 / Questionnaires and Screeners
Sent to the client post-assessment once the invoice is paid. There will be some for an informant and an optional parent report.
Completed in the clients own time at their own pace - the sooner they are done, the sooner the letter/report will be received.

3 / Clinical Report (Optional)
Completed report emailed 4 weeks from the time all assessment questionnaires have been completed by the client | $520 - $1040.

*Kindly note: those who choose the “With Letter” option will receive a detailed letter (10-15 pages) outlining the reason for the assessment, brief background information, all the data from the questionnaires completed, confirmation of diagnosis(es) and generic recommendations which will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of completing the assessment questionnaires.
Merging Sessions
Kindly note: ANYONE over 18+ can access Merging sessions who are self-diagnosed or formally diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD.

Funding
Medicare rebates are available for people under 25 years of age (autism assessments only).
To access a Medicare rebate, a referral from a psychiatrist is required and the referral should be attached to the intake paperwork when submitted.
Private health funds may cover a portion of the assessment fee.
If you have private health cover please verify with your provider to determine the extent of coverage provided.

Direct debit transfer on the day of service – no extra charge
Other options:
Credit card - 2 to 3% surcharge
Paypal for international clients which will incur a 3% surcharge for currency conversion
Invoices available upon request
Exact cash accepted (no change given).
